What counts as an 'active event'?
Any event that hasn't been deleted or passed its retention window. Once an event expires or you delete it, the slot frees up immediately for a new one.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Billing is handled by Stripe and you can manage or cancel your subscription yourself from the billing page.
Do you offer refunds?
If something goes wrong on our end during your event, email us and we'll make it right. Subscriptions are otherwise billed monthly and cancel at the end of the period — you keep access until then.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from the billing page in a couple of clicks.
