Collecting

Guests upload in under thirty seconds

The upload page is designed for someone holding a drink in one hand. Big target, no chrome, no decisions.

One QR code, any phone
Native camera apps on iOS and Android open the link directly. No app store detour.
On-device compression
Photos are resized in the browser before they leave the phone, so uploads finish fast even on venue Wi-Fi.
Direct-to-storage uploads
Files go straight to encrypted object storage using short-lived signed URLs — never through a queue on our servers.
Batch selection with live progress
Guests pick a dozen photos at once and watch each one complete. Failures retry individually.
Optional guest names and messages
Guests can sign their upload and leave a note for the couple, shown on the slideshow if you enable it.
Photo prompts
Give the crowd assignments — “the first dance”, “your table” — and get noticeably more uploads.

The host portal is a magic link. No account to create, no password for your client to forget.

Private moderation queue
Every upload lands as pending. Approve individually, in bulk, or approve everything at once.
Real-time updates
New uploads stream into the portal live, with a running count of what arrived since you last looked.
Drag to reorder
Set the exact slideshow order by dragging tiles — select several and move them as a block.
Pull anything back instantly
Remove a photo from the slideshow with one tap and it disappears from the display within seconds.
Auto-approve when you trust the room
Corporate offsites and small parties often don't need a gatekeeper. Flip it on per event.

Slow drift and zoom on stills so a static photo never sits dead on screen.
Live updates over SSE
Approved photos appear without a refresh. The display reconnects on its own if the network hiccups.
Per-slide download QR
Guests scan the corner of the screen to save the exact photo they're looking at.
Guest captions and counters
Show who shared each photo, how far through the loop you are, and a progress bar — each toggleable.
Graceful empty state

Upload, display, and host links use long random codes. Host links are never listed publicly and can't be guessed.

Media sits in Amazon S3 encrypted at rest and is served through short-lived signed URLs only.

A blank upload button gets you a handful of photos. A short list of prompts turns the whole room into a shot list.
