Day-of checklist

Learned from the ways events go sideways.

Print your table tents the week before — one per table plus a few for the bar.
Test the slideshow URL on the venue's screen during setup, not during dinner.
Send the host portal link to your client and have them open it once before guests arrive.
Add two or three photo prompts. They reliably double the number of uploads.
Decide up front whether you're moderating or using auto-approve.
